Julie is deputy editor of Discourse, and is partly responsible for commissioning, editing and designing all other publications and marketing materials that the Subject Centre produces. She is copy editor of the website and edited the textbook Doing Philosophy written by the philosophy team and published by Continuum.
Julie has worked as an editor for a publishing company and as a freelance copy editor and proofreader. She holds a joint honours B.A. in English and Philosophy, and has worked in administration and university research.
